Refund policy

Overview

We hope you love your artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

This policy applies to:

  • Original artwork

  • Reproduction prints (including made-to-order prints)

  • Heirloom antique items

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing within this period before sending any items back.

Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of approval.

Condition of Returned Items

All returns must:

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be undamaged

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be securely and appropriately packaged to prevent transit damage

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is confirmed as faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items are sent at the customer’s risk once dispatched.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the damage

After review, we may offer (at our discretion):

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

Where an item is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return costs.

 

Paintings

Our painting are not new items and have lived various past lives. Wear and tear alongside historical damage is common and to be expected. This generally adds to the pieces story and is something we love to celebrate. If you are unsure, please contact us for additional images before making a purchase. 

  • Age-related wear is expected and forms part of their character

  • Returns cannot be made based the abvove specified, age-related characteristics

Please review all description and images carefully before purchase.

Made-to-Order Prints

All reproduction prints are produced to order.

However, these items remain eligible for return within the 14-day period unless they are:

  • Commissioned in specific sizes

  • Customised in any way

  • Produced to a customer’s individual specification

Commissioned / Custom Sizes

Commissioned prints and custom-sized artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

By ordering a commissioned item, you acknowledge that it is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for our products. 

Heirloom Antique Items

Due to the nature of antique and vintage pieces:

  • Age-related wear is expected and forms part of their character

  • Small signs of wear do not constitute faults

  • Returns cannot be made based on normal age-related characteristics

Please review all description and images carefully before purchase.

International Orders

For international purchases:

  • All sales are considered final.

  • Returns are not accepted for international orders unless the item is faulty upon arrival.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges.

Risk & Responsibility

Goods are dispatched at the customer’s risk once shipped.

We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit unless the item is confirmed faulty and reported within the required timeframe. Delivery times can vary however our items are dispatched within 3-5 days. Please ensure someone is available to take delivery for any orders after this point. 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
