Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once per week.

  • Dispatch occurs following preparation and quality checks.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier services.


Shipping Method

  • All artwork is sent using a fully tracked delivery service.

  • We select reliable carriers appropriate to the size, weight, and destination of each order.

  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your parcel is on its way.


International Shipping

  • We ship to most international destinations using tracked services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.

  • When purchasing multiple items, shipping will combine automatically where applicable.

Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs processing in the destination country.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, local taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country’s regulations.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure about potential import charges before placing your order.

United States Customers

Original artwork may qualify for tariff exemptions under current US customs regulations. However, buyers remain responsible for any applicable import duties or local charges.


Packaging

We carefully package all artwork to ensure it arrives safely.

  • We use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

  • Packaging is selected to balance protection with environmental responsibility.

  • Fragile items receive additional protective materials as needed.

We are committed to reducing waste while ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the selected carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Or other circumstances outside our control
