By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We operate as an art reseller and print business offering original artwork, reproduction prints, and heirloom antique items.
2. CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us.
2.2 A contract is formed only when we send written order confirmation.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.
2.4 These Terms apply to the contract between us.
3. PRODUCTS

Heirloom antique items
3.1 Product Descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and represent items accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings.
3.2 Vintage and Antique Items
Artworks alongside heirloom and antique items may show age-related wear. Such characteristics are considered part of their nature and do not constitute faults. Historical damage plus wear and tear is common and to be expected.
By purchasing vintage or antique goods, you acknowledge and accept their inherent characteristics.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRINTS
All reproduction prints are produced to order.
Standard sizes may be returned under the returns policy.
Commissioned sizes or custom specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable except where faulty.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 All prices are stated in GBP (£).
5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5.3 We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
5.4 Ownership of goods does not transfer until full payment has been received.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery methods and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout.
6.2 Delivery dates are estimates only.
6.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
6.4 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.5 International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.
6.6 When possible we may offer collection from a central midlands warehouse. Please contact prior to ordering should this be your preference.
7. RETURNS POLICY
7.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must notify us in writing before returning any goods.
7.2 Condition of Returns
Returned items must:

Be securely packaged for transit
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
7.3 Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7.4 Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted.
8. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Following assessment, we may offer:

Where goods are confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return costs.

9. INTERNATIONAL SALES
For international orders:

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
