A charming mid-century still life depicting a copper vessel, glass bottle, pottery jug and basket of bread arranged upon a white tablecloth. Painted in a warm palette of copper, earthy brown, soft cream and muted blue-grey, the composition has a timeless decorative appeal.

Executed with confident, expressive brushwork, the artist skilfully captures the reflective qualities of the copper vessel, contrasting beautifully with the softer textures of the pottery, glass and bread.
