A beautifully observed Swedish wildlife painting depicting two hooded crows perched amongst tangled woodland branches beneath a soft evening sky. Rendered in a restrained palette of smoky greys, warm browns and delicate blush pinks, the composition captures the quiet atmosphere of the Scandinavian countryside.

Executed with confident brushwork and subtle tonal transitions, the artist brings remarkable character to the birds while allowing the surrounding landscape to dissolve into loose, atmospheric forms. The muted colour palette and natural subject matter create a calm and timeless decorative piece.

Signed lower right by Swedish artist Per Åkered, the painting is presented in an ornate vintage gilt wooden frame that complements the artwork beautifully and is ready to hang.
