A charming Scandinavian rural landscape painted in oils on canvas, depicting traditional countryside buildings set amongst orchards and open fields. Executed with expressive brushwork and a fresh palette of greens, blues, reds and earthy tones, the composition captures the simplicity and character of rural life with remarkable economy and confidence.

Bråne’s painterly approach favours atmosphere and spontaneity over fine detail. The bold red buildings provide a strong focal point within the composition, while the dark, linear orchard trees create rhythm and structure across the foreground. Condition
